Mission

What you will drive

  • Support Mighty Earth's advocacy strategy for the implementation and defense of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) at EU and Member State level.
  • Engage with retailers, private sector actors, policymakers, and civil society to strengthen deforestation-free supply chains and corporate accountability.
  • Coordinate campaign activities, subgrants, and partnerships related to forests, nature protection, and agricultural supply chains, with a focus on Spain and EU engagement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in EU policy, advocacy campaigns, corporate accountability, sustainability, forests, nature protection, or agricultural supply chains.
  • Strong understanding of EU policy processes and advocacy related to environmental, climate, agriculture, forest, nature, or trade issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish (French and Portuguese are assets).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, international, remote team environment.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Remote consultancy position (Spain or Brussels). Full-time or 4/5th time. Compensation defined according to experience. Contract period: June 2026 – December 2028. Occasional travel may be required.
