ESG Analyst (Europe)

Core responsibilities:

• Interface with customers to understand their needs in collaboration with the Customer Success team
• Support customers during onboarding and adoption processes, including environment creation and management, metric creation and customization, and data input
• Deliver ESG advisory services and present executive-ready outputs to customers
• Share ESG knowledge internally via training and best-practice guidance to scale consistency across the organization
• Contribute to testing and deployment of platform functionalities
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and work collaboratively with Product to improve workflows

This role advances Novisto's purpose of contributing to the sustainability of the economy, environment, and society by empowering companies to make better decisions and disclosures through ESG data management software, while increasing awareness and knowledge of sustainability.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Business, Finance, Development Studies, Communications or related fields
• 3+ years' experience in relevant fields including Sustainability, ESG Reporting and Disclosure, Business, Sustainable Finance, Consulting, Corporate governance, or Product/SaaS
• ESG domain knowledge: materiality, core ESG KPIs, GHG basics (Scopes 1-3), common frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS, GRI, CDP)
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in French an asset
• Data driven, detail oriented with keen analytical thinking
• Strong work ethics and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
