Mission
What you will drive
- Work with the ESG team to support the implementation of our impact and sustainability strategy for new investments and our portfolio businesses.
- Research and prepare reports on sustainability and impact protocols and frameworks, and best practices, technology, policy, and regulatory aspects of sustainability topics.
- Support the ESG and Investment Teams in ESG and Impact due diligence for new investments.
- Support reporting on ESG performance by evaluating KPI data, and assessments against ESG and impact frameworks.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of a Master's degree preferably in sustainability, business, finance, accounting, or economics.
- 2-3 years previous M&A, management consulting, or ESG work experience is beneficial.
- Outstanding research, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of ESG disclosure frameworks (GHG Protocol, TCFD, SASB, CDP and GRI) and regulations (SFDR, CSRD).
