ESG Analyst

• Work with the ESG team to support the implementation of our impact and sustainability strategy for new investments and our portfolio businesses.
• Research and prepare reports on sustainability and impact protocols and frameworks, and best practices, technology, policy, and regulatory aspects of sustainability topics.
• Support the ESG and Investment Teams in ESG and Impact due diligence for new investments.
• Support reporting on ESG performance by evaluating KPI data, and assessments against ESG and impact frameworks.

This role contributes to implementing impact and sustainability strategies across renewable power and transition businesses, supporting decarbonization and sustainable investment practices that advance climate solutions.

• Minimum of a Master's degree preferably in sustainability, business, finance, accounting, or economics.
• 2-3 years previous M&A, management consulting, or ESG work experience is beneficial.
• Outstanding research, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of ESG disclosure frameworks (GHG Protocol, TCFD, SASB, CDP and GRI) and regulations (SFDR, CSRD).
