ERP Associate Developer

• Develop and customize DocTypes, Workflows, and Client/Scripts in ERPNext.
• Support integration of ERP modules like CRM, Inventory, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Debug and maintain existing codebase to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Program Executives for requirement translation and testing.
• Work with APIs, automations, and report scripting.

This role contributes to building and maintaining the internal ERPNext ecosystem that supports Exponent Energy's mission to simplify energy for electric vehicles through rapid charging technology.

• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, and database concepts.
• Interest in ERPNext/Frappe or open-source business software.
• Detail-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
