Mission
What you will drive
Take the four-phase LEAP approach (Locate, Evaluate, Assess, Prepare) and make nature reporting as simple as a recipe card. Transform corporate frameworks into tools that work for a small cocoa cooperative or family-owned factory.
- Learn all four LEAP phases and translate to SME-friendly workflows
- Assist with sector-specific LEAP templates for high-impact industries
- Assist with development of materiality thresholds appropriate for SME scale compliance pathways requiring <2 hours per assessment
- Assist with design of outputs meeting both SME needs and corporate reporting requirements
Impact
The difference you'll make
Your work will help small businesses worldwide understand and protect the nature they depend on. This isn't theoretical - you'll test your solutions with real businesses facing real challenges.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- You believe standards should serve everyone, not just consultants
- You get excited about making the complex accessible
- You see policy as a tool for empowerment
- You want to bridge the gap between global frameworks and local realities
Benefits
What's in it for you
Flexible internship arrangements (remote and part-time) for 3-months with pathway to full-time conversion. Learn from top professionals from NUS, Columbia, Oxford, and MIT in conservation, policy, and data science.
