Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • GTM Execution (France): Support the go-to-market rollout by translating strategy into weekly priorities, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
  • Right hand to the Regional Manager: Prepare meetings, follow up on action items, keep deals moving, and ensure pipeline hygiene in CRM.
  • Sales Enablement: Build and localize sales materials for France (pitch deck, one-pagers, email sequences, case studies, ROI narratives), and continuously improve messaging based on market feedback.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Map the French ecosystem (target segments, competitors, regulations, buying centers) and synthesize insights into practical recommendations.

Required skills and experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, VC, scale-up, business development, or operations).
  • Strong bias to action: you move things forward, even when information is incomplete.
  • Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Interest in B2B GTM, sales processes, partnerships, and building playbooks from scratch.
