Enterprise Sales Executive

• Work cross-functionally and strategically to onboard new clients including banks, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, private equity shops, family offices, and UHNWIs
• Approach target customers, educate them on solar and energy storage solutions, and deliver successful outcomes for high-impact, high-value partnerships
• Become an expert on commercial and industrial customer archetypes, target markets, real estate dynamics, and corporate decision-making structures
• Close multi-million dollar renewable energy deals every week through complex sales processes

This role puts you on the front lines in the fight against climate change by accelerating the deployment of solar energy and converting warehouses into electrified industrial platforms built for the future.

• 4+ years of experience in sales, brokerage, or business development, personally closing complex transactions (e.g., financial products, commercial real estate or infrastructure transactions)
• Proven track record of consistently beating sales targets with strong pipeline management skills
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to guide clients through processes, handle objections, and build connections
• Financial fluency to communicate complex financial concepts effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
• Located in the United States

Salary & Equity: $100,000 - $155,000 base compensation per year with uncapped variable compensation based on performance, plus equity in the form of stock options.
