Mission
What you will drive
- Find opportunities: Partner with Growth Marketing to identify, qualify, and nurture high-value opportunities within targeted segments as part of ABM programs, using account mapping, engagement plans, events, and tailored outreach.
- Manage and close large deals: Follow established sales processes from discovery to closed/won, conduct deep-dive discovery calls, develop deal strategies, navigate obstacles, and facilitate smooth handoffs to Account Management.
- Know your stuff: Develop expert-level understanding of carbon removal methods, projects, credits, market trends, and policies to educate prospects and represent Supercritical with authority.
- Collaborate for alignment and speed: Work with Marketing, Supply, Product, and Finance to align on positioning, messaging, portfolio strategy, and pricing, while sharing feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Forecast, monitor, optimize, and report: Track metrics, monitor pipeline health, accurately report closed GMV, and refine strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 6 years of quota-carrying experience in complex enterprise environments (software, knowledge, or services sales) with a proven track record of closing high-value deals in lengthy sales cycles.
- Experienced in multi-channel ABM and enterprise prospecting, excelling at managing sophisticated engagement models in challenging markets.
- Self-starter with strategic mindset, consultative selling approach, and passion for building in a high-growth startup environment.
- Genuine interest in sustainability, climate, and carbon removal, with curiosity to master technical subject matter.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, thriving in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
