Mission
What you will drive
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales in APAC, from prospecting to close and expansion, with a focus on Japanese trading houses and large enterprises.
- Build Patch's reputation as a trusted partner in environmental markets across the region, creating deal flow and market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Supply, Climate, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to shape go-to-market strategy and product priorities for APAC.
- Represent Patch at regional events and feed market intelligence back into the company.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closing role with 100%+ attainment.
- Direct experience selling into Japanese trading houses (sōgō shōsha) and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Domain knowledge of carbon markets (voluntary and/or compliance) and corporate climate claims.
- Proven ability to build a territory from scratch (0-to-1) and sell into a new or emerging category.
