England Development Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Co-lead the core grants and advisory programme across England for the Heritage Revival Fund
• Jointly manage the England grants team (remote workers) and programme budget
• Oversee activity and workflow across the southern half of England
• Work flexibly and collaboratively to ensure successful delivery of AHF's core programme

This role will help provide grants to hundreds of communities across England, enabling them to bring neglected historic buildings back into use through the expanded Heritage Revival Fund program.

Required skills and experience:

• Strong experience in team management, programme budget oversight, and reporting
• Proven track record of leadership within the heritage or charitable sector
• Strong numerical and financial skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using common IT and Office systems and ability to work collaboratively
