Engineering Manager, Full Stack & Data

• Lead cross-functional teams of full stack engineers, data engineers, and GIS specialists to build customer-facing products and data pipelines.
• Drive technical direction and delivery outcomes, ensuring high-quality data platforms and pipelines.
• Grow teams by attracting talent, provide coaching and feedback, and foster an inclusive culture.
• Partner with product managers and ML engineers to make data architecture decisions balancing short and long term goals.

This role directly contributes to preventing wildfires and power outages by enabling a resilient electrical grid through AI and satellite imagery, accelerating the transition to a safer, more sustainable energy infrastructure.

• 2+ years experience leading and managing full-stack or data engineers across multiple teams.
• Experience with React/Typescript, Python/FastAPI, PostgresDB, SQL, data pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Dagster), data warehouses/lakehouses.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and coach engineers at all levels.
• Experience in a high growth scaleup environment and passion for climate.
