What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of engineers fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to generation and large developers helping them navigate SERC's evolving interconnection landscape.
- Identify and pursue new service lines and products, and lead proposal and RFP development efforts.
- Enhance delivery frameworks, QA/QC processes, and drive cross collaboration to ensure the team scales effectively.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the electric energy industry with a solid technical background in transmission planning or interconnection.
- Strong understanding of power system analysis and associated software tools (e.g., PSS/E, TARA PSCAD, PSLF, or PowerWorld).
- Proven ability to connect the dots between technical depth and commercial strategy.
- Exceptional communicator who can influence, create alignment and make decisions confidently under uncertainty.
