What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of engineers fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to generation and large developers helping them navigate SERC's evolving interconnection landscape.
  • Identify and pursue new service lines and products, and lead proposal and RFP development efforts.
  • Enhance delivery frameworks, QA/QC processes, and drive cross collaboration to ensure the team scales effectively.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the electric energy industry with a solid technical background in transmission planning or interconnection.
  • Strong understanding of power system analysis and associated software tools (e.g., PSS/E, TARA PSCAD, PSLF, or PowerWorld).
  • Proven ability to connect the dots between technical depth and commercial strategy.
  • Exceptional communicator who can influence, create alignment and make decisions confidently under uncertainty.
