Engineering Manager - Admin Pillar

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers focused on authentication, authorization, and administrative platform services
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of foundational services that support identity management, secure access, and cross-platform administration
• Partner closely with Product, Security, and Platform Engineering leaders to define roadmaps, scope requirements, and deliver secure, compliant solutions
• Maintain high service availability and performance across mission-critical authentication and authorization systems

This role creates positive change by building the secure, scalable foundation that validates every user and service request, enabling compliant growth and seamless interactions across all products, and driving foundational identity and security capabilities at large scale.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a related engineering role
• 2+ years of experience in a people management role
• Deep technical background in distributed systems, identity platforms, authentication/authorization protocols, or platform foundational services

Salary range in the US: $129,000.00 - $207,000.00, a discretionary bonus typically paid annually, Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire, 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package, and a people-first culture that values autonomy, innovation, and professional growth.
