Engineering Lead (REF #SV0226)

• Lead significant project teams and use specialized engineering knowledge to work on assignments with high levels of risk and complexity.
• Manage implementation of energy-saving projects and programs for small business and industrial customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise, mentor junior engineers, and perform energy efficiency calculations.
• Review technical reports and contribute to draft reports.

This role directly contributes to reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions by leading energy efficiency projects for commercial and industrial customers, advancing the transition to a clean energy future.

• Master's degree in Manufactured Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience; or Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience.
• 2 years of experience with reviewing technical resource manuals for lighting, HVAC, building envelope, etc., and developing calculation spreadsheets.
• 2 years of experience with in-field inspections for lighting and HVAC systems and verifying energy savings.
• 1 year of experience with reviewing energy efficiency program evaluation reports and developing scoping-level calculations for emerging technologies.

Competitive base salary of $115,981.00 per year, discretionary annual bonus, three weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, 401(k) with employer matching, health/dental/vision insurance, and other supplemental benefits.
