Engineering Fabricator

Core responsibilities:

• Fabricate pyrolyzer components and support assembly and commissioning of new pyrolysis systems
• Provide critical welding and fabrication skills to bring engineering designs to life through collaboration with design engineers and operations staff
• Contribute to new designs and iterative design improvements on existing equipment
• Work with team members, vendors, and occasional third parties to execute fabrication projects

This role directly contributes to the development of pyrolysis systems that convert biomass into bio-oil, helping to remove carbon from the atmosphere and create renewable energy solutions.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience with engineering drawing interpretation, metal fabrication, and mechanical assembly
• Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
• Safety-minded, proactive approach with confidence using machine tools and welding equipment
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis
