What you will drive
- Lead and support a team of senior engineers across software, data processing, and geospatial systems.
- Oversee people management, performance, career development, and remove blockers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Provide technical leadership on architecture, system design, and cross-cutting decisions; promote consistent engineering practices.
- Partner with product, science, operations, and external partners to align planning, prioritization, and execution.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of engineering management experience, including supporting senior individual contributors.
- Prior hands-on engineering experience (backend, data, geospatial, platform, or DevOps) with ability to guide technical decisions.
- Applied AI engineering experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or agentic AI workflows.
- Technical proficiency in backend systems, cloud architectures, and data pipelines.
