  • Partner with product, science, operations, and external partners to align planning, prioritization, and execution.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of engineering management experience, including supporting senior individual contributors.
  • Prior hands-on engineering experience (backend, data, geospatial, platform, or DevOps) with ability to guide technical decisions.
  • Applied AI engineering experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or agentic AI workflows.
  • Technical proficiency in backend systems, cloud architectures, and data pipelines.
