What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain applications for a large-scale AMR/AMI system using Java/J2EE technologies on Windows platform
  • Participate in the definition and design of software solutions based on business requirements and produce design/architecture documents
  • Perform unit testing, accurately estimate work effort, complete assignments on schedule, and deliver high-quality artifacts
  • Follow company standards for coding, documentation, source control, code reviews, testing, and other development tasks

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 4-6 years experience in development and deployment of service-oriented, web-based enterprise software products/solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Java 8+, design patterns, multi-threading, JPA, JDBC, ActiveMQ, Web Services (SOAP/REST), JMS, XML/XSD, Oracle/SQL databases
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit), build tools (Gradle, Maven, Ant), application servers (Weblogic, WebSphere, JBoss), Git, Eclipse IDE
  • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies with tools like Jira, ADO, and Wiki
