Engineer, Reliability

• Analyze reliability and availability of solar plus storage hardware and components
• Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and remediate with external parties
• Lead and facilitate major repairs to operational sites
• Evaluate operational sites for repowering and retrofit opportunities including cost benefit analysis

This role directly supports the reliable operation of renewable energy plants, accelerating the transition to a safer and greener energy future.

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
• 2+ years professional experience in engineering with a focus on measuring and maintaining equipment reliability
• Experience with root cause and failure modes analysis methods
• Proficiency with reading and understanding equipment/facility schematics

Salary range: $94,000 - $112,625/year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off (vacation, sick leave, parental leave), and annual bonus.
