Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide incident management support for internal and external customers using ITIL-based practices and procedures
  • Monitor Landis+Gyr devices and networks, troubleshoot incidents, and escalate to correct personnel within Customer Operations
  • Act as communication hub for Customer Operations, taking calls from customers and stakeholders
  • Log, track, and document all incidents in call tracking database and CRM

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, technical support in related field, or utility industry
