Responsibilities

Core responsibilities:
- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert focused on value engineering, QA/QC, and independent technical judgment across utility-scale EPC projects
- Coordinate multi-discipline engineering design deliverables and ensure alignment with project-specific requirements
- Manage engineering and permitting deliverable schedules and act as single point of contact for all engineering disciplines
- Support permitting efforts by coordinating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction at federal, state, and local levels

This role contributes to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure by supporting the design, permitting, and construction of utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects that reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 4–7 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC, renewable energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Solar focus preferred) and Engineer-in-Training (F.E.) certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $112,656.00 - $135,188.00
