What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership on projects involving modeling and analysis to assess demand side management potentials and integrated resource planning
- Lead consulting projects from start to finish including designing quantitative analysis, managing project teams, and creating detailed reports
- Conduct research and analysis activities, review team members' work, and synthesize findings to derive insights for clients
- Nurture client relationships as primary point of contact and develop business development opportunities

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, or environmental studies)
- 8-10 years experience managing research or planning projects with qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Minimum 1 year experience leading or supporting demand-side management potential studies for U.S.-based utilities
- Industry experience working with utilities in energy efficiency, demand response, solar PV, battery storage, decarbonization, and related areas
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and project teams, preferably in consulting environment
- Excellent project management, communication, and data analysis skills
