What you will drive

  • Research and produce original, high-quality reports and commentary on Japan's energy transition
  • Analyse Japan's financial and other support for energy sectors and transitions across Asia, including public finance and commercial institutions
  • Monitor industry trends, policies, and market developments to inform research priorities
  • Present findings to targeted stakeholders to drive engagement and influence change

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or political science and/or with professional certifications (e.g. CFA) or appropriate and relevant market-oriented experience in lieu of those degrees
  • Four or more years' relevant experience in finance, market analysis, and/or energy or related fields
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with Japan's energy transition
  • Experience publishing thought pieces on Japan's energy transition
