Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct energy and water audits of multifamily, hotel, condominium, and other real estate facilities to determine eligibility for conservation measures
  • Analyze findings, establish baselines for energy and water use, identify energy sources, and recommend solutions and technologies
  • Compose and present audit reports containing analysis results and recommendations for improved energy and water efficiency
  • Support sales team in designing conservation programs, generating proposals, and assisting field teams

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience conducting comprehensive energy audits (three to five years preferred)
  • Certification from Building Performance Institute or commitment to obtain needed certifications within six months of start
  • Thorough understanding of buildings and building systems including lighting, building envelope, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 70% of the time to conduct in-field conservation assessments
