Enablement Specialist - (LMS/Learning)

• Partner with Sales leads to coordinate and execute global training initiatives, managing logistics including scheduling, Zoom setup, and LMS configuration.
• Maintain and update the Sales Enablement training calendar, support e-learning assignments via LMS, and distribute training materials and recordings in compliance with internal policies.
• Develop and execute a communication strategy to promote training initiatives, drafting content for newsletters, blogs, and internal platforms, and creating collateral like infographics and slides.
• Assist with departmental budget preparation and monitoring, track expenditures, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.

This role strengthens the impact and visibility of Sales Enablement globally by ensuring smooth execution of training initiatives and driving communication efforts, ultimately supporting the organization's goal of providing innovative liquidity and data solutions to clients.

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in enablement, training coordination, operations, or communications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), tools like Zoom, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Forms, and knowledge of budget management and vendor relationship management is desired.
