Employee Relations Manager

• Serve as a primary contact to manage performance management processes for both hourly and salaried employees, including coaching and counseling support
• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct or violations of company policies
• Develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of respect, fairness, and professionalism
• Analyze trends and patterns in employee relations issues; identify areas for improvement, and recommend proactive measures to address root causes

• 8 years experience in employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution and conducting investigations
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations with the ability to interpret and apply them in a practical manner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically, analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
