Mission
What you will drive
- Retrieve and review cases from the ER intake queue and determine appropriate routing
- Make high-volume, high-judgment triage decisions, reviewing and assigning approximately 100 cases per day
- Support the central intake process and related workflows, including Employee Experience (EE) case management and email-to-case routing
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry and case tracking across HRSC and other internal systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cases are properly categorized, resolved, and documented in accordance with internal protocols
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to ongoing process improvements across the ER organization

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or case management within a large, complex organization
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR case management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and sound judgment in decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with HR case management systems
- Demonstrated success working with large data sets or in roles requiring rapid information processing
- Strong typing speed (high WPM) and comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Prior experience in staffing, employee relations, or HR analytics
