Employee Relation Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues across all areas of the organization, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring compliance with local laws and consistency in policy application
• Lead internal investigations on workplace issues, ensuring compliance and legal review, and preparing necessary documentation with a focus on issue resolution
• Own, define, and develop key HR policies such as performance management and disciplinary processes, ensuring these processes are scalable and adaptable to the evolving needs of the organization
• Track and manage employee relations cases, reporting on trends, outcomes, and actionable insights to HR leadership to improve practices across the region

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or labor law, with global experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in the US, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-country issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence work behaviours and build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, effectively managing relationships with senior leadership, business partners, and external parties
