Email Production Associate, Temporary (2026 Election Cycle)

Core responsibilities:

• Coding and sending mission-critical emails that raise money and promote social change
• Building digital user journeys that raise awareness and bring about change for pressing social, environmental, and political issues
• Working alongside a team to tackle data-analytics projects and crunch numbers that will inform strategy and identify new ways to innovate and push forward tech tools and approaches
• Paying close attention to detail and ensuring strong quality and great user experience for clients' audiences

This role creates positive change by helping elect Democrats in 2026, combating climate change, and supporting other world-changing initiatives through digital advocacy, fundraising, and awareness campaigns.

Must-have qualifications:

• Up to 3 years experience, including past internships and part-time work
• Initiative and good judgment to resolve issues
• Ability to work closely and cohesively with various teams and stakeholders
• Experience coding in HTML and CSS as it pertains to either email or web
• Experience working with Excel or other spreadsheet or data-processing software

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience building and sending emails in mass emailing systems like Mailchimp, EveryAction/NGP, ActionKit, etc.
• Experience setting up digital user experience tests, e.g., email A/B tests

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $57,000 per year
