What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead email-first messaging strategy across push, in-app, and SMS channels and own the roadmap for initiatives
  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-touch nurture and drip series primarily in email with supporting touchpoints
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, content, send timing, segmentation, and journey logic
  • Build and maintain reporting on channel performance and surface insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years in email, lifecycle or CRM marketing roles
  • Proven experience owning email strategy and execution — not just executing someone else's playbook
  • Hands-on experience with Braze strongly preferred; comparable platforms (Iterable, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) welcomed
  • Strong campaign orchestration skills — experience building complex nurture journeys, not just batch-and-blast email
