Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the development, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of SRNA's educational resources, including disease education materials, new member resources, and learning tools for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Translate complex scientific and clinical information into clear, accurate, plain-language educational content across formats (written guides, research summaries, blogs, webinar scripts, video scripts, and other learning materials)
- Monitor emerging research, clinical developments, and best practices in rare neuroimmune disorders, and proactively recommend content updates and new resource needs
- Coordinate with SRNA's communications team to support distribution of educational materials through social media, blogs, email/community updates, and other outreach channels

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required in public health, health education, neuroscience, immunology, biomedical sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in health education, patient education, scientific communications, or related nonprofit or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong ability to synthesize scientific and clinical information and communicate it clearly to diverse audiences
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
- Project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and thrive in a small, dynamic organization
Benefits
What's in it for you
Full-time position: 40 hours per week. Location is remote, based on where the Education Program Manager resides. Involves travel in the US 1–3 times a year. Requires some flexibility with occasional evenings and weekends due to global programming.
