Education Program Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between Education Committee, course creators, facilitators, and students to maintain curriculum quality
• Seek out and nurture relationships with industry organizations to expand program reach
• Use toolkit (Email, AMS, Adobe, Social Media) to craft campaigns that drive student enrollment and program awareness
• Work as primary planner and execute national conference, moving from logistical support to high-level event leadership
• Maintain program standards, track data, and keep all education cycles running on schedule

This role creates positive change by leading online education initiatives and national event planning for professional estimators, expanding access to quality education in the field.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Organized and creative professional with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Tech-fluent with enjoyment of learning new software (Higher Logic Thrive, Freestone LMS)
• Clear communicator with interpersonal diplomacy skills for diverse audiences
• Self-directed individual who thrives in remote environment and takes ownership of goals
• Willingness to travel 3-5 times per year
