Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Responsible for adherence to publication, editing and design processes while reporting to the Regional Communications Manager, South Asia
- Ensure production of high-quality, objective, accurate, influential and timely content for publication on IEEFA's website and distribution to stakeholders
- Copyedit reports and commentaries/op-eds while researching and checking infographics and fact sheets
- Support quality assurance of IEEFA content, including fact-checking of research as well as accurate formatting and branding

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's education in Journalism, English or another related field
- 4 to 7 years of experience as an Editor, copywriter or similar role
- Proven ability in writing, editing and proofreading technical subject matter
- Proficient in digital publishing tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of social media platforms and appropriate use of their writing styles, tone of voice and analytics
- Grasp of the fundamentals of search engine optimization (SEO)
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
- Commitment to IEEFA's mission to accelerate the transition to a diverse, sustainable, and profitable economy
Benefits
What's in it for you
Full-time 12-month fixed-term employment contract with the option of extension by mutual agreement and market-competitive remuneration. Work schedule is full-time, 5 days/week with occasional evening or weekend work as required.
