What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide quantitative and qualitative research inputs on macroeconomic topics and policy issues
- Support production of the UN's flagship publication World Economic Situation and Prospects (WESP)
- Provide substantive support and logistic assistance to policy seminars or expert group meetings for WESP2027 preparations
- Work in the core team of the Global Economic Monitoring Branch of the Economic Analysis and Policy Division

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Enrolled in or completed graduate school programme (second university degree or higher) OR enrolled in final year of first university degree programme (minimum bachelor's degree)
- Field of study closely related to economic affairs/internship type
- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Working knowledge of statistical/econometric software (Stata, EViews or R)
- Fluency in spoken and written English
