Ecology Practice Lead ANZ

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and grow national teams delivering ecological assessments, restoration programs and biodiversity strategies across all regions
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for biodiversity conservation and habitat restoration
• Lead digital enablement for ecology methodologies, software, workflow improvement, and automation
• Embed ESG and AECOM's Sustainable Legacies strategy into ecology services and project delivery

This role creates positive change by developing and implementing innovative strategies for biodiversity conservation and habitat restoration, promoting sustainable practices through stakeholder engagement, and embedding ESG principles into project delivery.

Required qualifications:

• Experience leading ecological teams and delivering ecological assessments, restoration programs, and biodiversity strategies
• Ability to embed ecology into multidisciplinary engineering, planning and infrastructure programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with government agencies and local communities
• Experience with digital enablement for ecology methodologies and workflow improvement
