About the Role

The Early Years Advisor will provide support to cohorts of early years practitioners and deliver live virtual training to Champions. This role involves mentoring and coaching Champions while aiding in the development, review, and maintenance of Champions programme materials and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to cohorts of early years practitioners
  • Deliver live virtual training to Champions
  • Mentor and coach Champions
  • Aid in the development, review, and maintenance of Champions programme materials and resources
  • Work with the project manager to support execution, delivery, management, and achievement of all milestones within specific time constraints
  • Collate data and report on progress of programme completion
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships and relationships

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of working in early years, leading practice specifically in mathematical, language, literacy and communication as an early years professional or teacher
  • Experience coaching and mentoring early years practitioners to support practice improvement
  • Strong customer service or related experience with multi-agency partnership working
  • Experience developing and securing strong partnerships, product development and review, and delivery against targets and deadlines
