Early Careers Recruiter

• Partner with business leaders to identify and source high-potential early-career candidates across all departments.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
• Manage the intern-to-full-time conversion pipeline and track pipeline health metrics.
• Represent Crusoe at campus events and build relationships with students and recent graduates.

This role directly shapes the future of Crusoe by attracting the brightest minds to work at the intersection of energy, climate, and computing, accelerating the transition to sustainable AI infrastructure.

• 4–7 years of experience in Early Career recruiting, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to optimize hiring funnel.
• Compelling storyteller with ability to articulate Crusoe’s impact.
• Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
