What you will drive
- Execute multi-year strategies and campaigns to accelerate transmission grid buildout for 100% clean energy transition.
- Prepare advocacy materials (draft legislation, regulatory filings, presentations, fact sheets, reports, blogs) to support transmission policy reforms.
- Manage the bi-monthly Transmission Possible newsletter and resource hub.
- Engage with coalition partners, represent United at events, and support state legislative and regulatory teams.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years focused in the clean energy sector.
- Bachelor's degree (Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Engineering, or Communications preferred) or comparable experience.
- Baseline understanding of utility regulation and state energy decision-making environments.
- Excellent writing and communications skills; ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
