Mission

What you will drive

  • Contribute to research and evaluation planning, reporting, task management, and client engagement for energy efficiency programs and energy transformation initiatives.
  • Support studies for energy industry clients through data collection and analysis, including surveys, interviews, and secondary research.
  • Analyze data using statistical techniques and qualitative analysis, applying net-to-gross algorithms and policy analysis.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for clients and support presentation of results.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., social science, economics, policy, environmental science, engineering).
  • 2+ years of experience in a DSM-related field, preferably in consulting, with knowledge of DSM program evaluation, market research, behavioral science, or energy efficiency.
  • Analytical and research aptitude, with understanding of survey/interview design, implementation, and analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and interest in sustainability, with preferred skills in behavioral science principles, energy efficiency processes, and task management.
