What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 100–150 mid-level donors, including stewardship, relationship cultivation, and soliciting renewals and upgrades
  • Support the development and implementation of stewardship plans at various recognition levels and key milestones for donors
  • Contribute to drafting and implementing personalized communications to current and prospective donors
  • Assist with fundraising and donor events, including handling logistics, drafting outreach materials, and preparing attendee bios

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor communications, non-profit administration, customer service, or stewardship
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Airtable
