Donor Relations Officer

Core responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 100–150 mid-level donors, including stewardship, relationship cultivation, and soliciting renewals and upgrades
• Support the development and implementation of stewardship plans at various recognition levels and key milestones for donors
• Contribute to drafting and implementing personalized communications to current and prospective donors
• Assist with fundraising and donor events, including handling logistics, drafting outreach materials, and preparing attendee bios

This role advances MADRE's individual giving efforts to support women and girls in over 40 countries, ensuring donors feel informed and inspired to sustain their commitment to human rights work.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor communications, non-profit administration, customer service, or stewardship
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Airtable

Salary: $88,000 (non-negotiable). This is a full-time, union-represented position with exemption status.
