What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead relationship management for donor portfolios, including holding the largest portfolio of major donor relationships
  • Build out, lead, and implement major and recurring donor strategies, including during and between fundraising campaigns
  • Lead and implement events focused on major donors, including donor briefings and house parties
  • Facilitate full process of major and recurring donor engagement, from prospecting to thanking donors

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of relevant fundraising experience, including working with major donors (8-10 years preferred)
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Palestine Legal and familiarity with the Palestine movement in the US
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with diverse, intergenerational stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management skills and high comfort level with fundraising tech tools (Excel, CRMs, etc.)

  • Manager (5-7 years experience): $88,288 - $95,493 annually
  • Senior Manager (8-10 years experience): $101,188 - $107,350 annually
