Donor Experience Coordinator (Remote)

Core responsibilities:

• Support donor communications, core operational processes, and cross-team coordination to ensure excellent customer support for retail donors
• Serve as point of contact for recurring donors, handling transactional requests and maintaining day-to-day donation management and processing
• Support internal stakeholder coordination and contribute to process improvements to strengthen donation data integrity
• Own additional data workflows within CRM and other platforms, and support select projects across the broader Growth team

This role supports GiveDirectly's mission to reshape international giving by providing cash grants directly to the world's poorest, helping to accelerate the end of extreme poverty through effective donor engagement and operational excellence.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Fluency in English required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows within defined timelines
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Comfort working in Google Sheets, CRMs, and ticketing platforms, with ability to quickly learn new systems
• Excellent written communication skills and strong customer service instincts
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and propose & implement process improvements
