Divisional / Regional Officer - Philippines

• Lead day-to-day partnerships with the SDO and region
• Lead program logistics plans and execute with timeliness and quality with relevant teams for successful implementation of program activities
• Conduct regular monitoring visits in schools to ensure effective, quality, and standardized program implementation
• Lead all program-related projects which include recruiting and working with facilitators, teachers, government officials, volunteers and university students

• Bachelor's degree from any field
• 3-5 years' experience in project, partnerships and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to manage projects, teams, problem solve and build and maintain relationships in a diverse environment
• Strong people and communication skills with good interpersonal abilities and teamwork capabilities

1-year contract with potential for extension pending performance. No other compensation or benefits mentioned.
