What you will drive
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals, Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Requirements: 5+ years of sales management experience, Proven track record of success in sales leadership, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Strong leadership and team management skills, Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
