Mission
What you will drive
- Support Directors of Distribution in day-to-day operations of line hauls, routing, fleet management, backhaul, and safety programs.
- Manage daily line haul routing, backhaul/DBM route completion, vehicle PMs, and fleet rental usage.
- Optimize resource allocation, monitor team performance against KPIs, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Lead and mentor front-line delivery staff, ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety standards.
