Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage volunteers in Climate Defiance chapters across key U.S. cities
- Establish new Climate Defiance chapters and provide ongoing coaching to volunteers and leaders
- Organize and coordinate direct actions in multiple cities, including nonviolent protests and disruptive actions
- Conduct trainings for volunteers and handle administrative tasks like tracking outreach and turnout

Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of organizing or campaigning experience
- Experience managing teams of volunteers and participating in nonviolent direct actions
- Strong communication skills and flexibility for travel (25% expected)
