Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage volunteers in Climate Defiance chapters across key U.S. cities
- Establish new Climate Defiance chapters and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to volunteers and leaders
- Organize and coordinate direct actions in multiple cities, including running group and individual trainings
- Travel to cities for site visits and actions (25% time expected on the road)

Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of organizing or campaigning experience
- Experience managing teams of volunteers and participating in/leading nonviolent direct actions
- Strong communication skills and flexibility for actions and site visits
- Distributed organizing experience (preferred) and alignment with principles of nonviolent confrontation
