Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage volunteers in Climate Defiance chapters across key U.S. cities
- Establish new Climate Defiance chapters and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to volunteers and leaders
- Organize and coordinate direct actions in multiple cities, including attending events and running trainings
- Handle administrative tasks such as tracking volunteer outreach and turnout

Required qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of organizing or campaigning experience
- Experience managing teams of volunteers
- Participation in or leadership of nonviolent direct actions (e.g., protests, strikes, sit-ins)
- Strong communication skills and flexibility for travel (25% expected)
