What you will drive
- Conduct and lead technical research, data collection, and analysis across renewable energy, battery storage, electric vehicle, virtual power plant, and demand response projects
- Serve as a technical advisor and project manager working directly with clients and program applicants
- Provide excellent project management, customer engagement, and communications services
- Support business development by contributing to and leading proposal efforts

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with 8-10 years of professional work experience in the energy field
- Demonstrated experience in renewable energy, battery storage, EVs, demand response, VPPs, and grid modernization concepts
- Preference for utility-side system planning, design, maintenance, distribution engineering, and interconnection engineering experience
- Excellent writing, communication, critical thinking skills and proficiency with Microsoft products
