Director, U.S. Business Action to End HIV

Core responsibilities:

• Lead coalition strategy and growth by owning the roadmap for engaging businesses in ending HIV, setting objectives, driving measurable outcomes, and recruiting new members
• Manage partner and member relationships as the primary relationship manager for funding partners and corporate members, including regular check-ins and tracking deliverables
• Convene and activate the field by designing and hosting virtual and in-person events, cultivating relationships with an Advisory Council, and synthesizing feedback to align coalition goals
• Run the program by managing a small team, maintaining the program budget, and keeping deliverables and timelines on track
• Shape communications and content by overseeing member communications, guiding resource development, and representing the initiative publicly

This role creates positive change by mobilizing private sector partners to help end HIV in the U.S. through educating workers, fighting stigma, improving access to prevention and treatment services, and building community connections.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end, including building relationships with corporate partners and community leaders
• Understanding of how companies think, communicate, and make decisions, gained either inside a company or through years of partnership
• Ability to manage a team, maintain budgets, and keep deliverables on track using tools like Asana and HubSpot
• Strong communication skills to translate public health priorities into language that moves businesses to act
• Passion for the HIV issue and readiness to champion it with conviction (prior HIV experience not required)
