Director, Regional Health Programs - AEMEA

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for high-quality programs, partnerships, and business development in Asia/Eurasia and protracted crises settings.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of core projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and donor requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering a high-performing and mission-centric culture.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and support fundraising efforts to increase visibility and growth of AEMEA programs.

This role ensures that vulnerable communities in Asia/Eurasia and protracted crises settings receive life-changing health programs and emergency aid, strengthening local health systems and improving access to care.

• Master’s degree in public health, public administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to drive long-term vision, build strategic relationships, and lead diverse teams across cultural and geographical contexts.
• Excellent planning, execution, and program evaluation skills with deep knowledge of public health program design in development and humanitarian contexts.
• Strong business development skills, including proposal development and donor relationship management.

Hiring range: $127,036 to $139,600 per year. Full-time, exempt position with benefits as described on the Americares Careers page. Remote work eligible in select US states/territories.
